Superb, very antique and rare Provençal solid silver rosary and faceted natural red coral beads, from the first half of the 19th century. The cross was certainly added and bears the Côte d'Or hallmark, in use between 1819 and 1838.

Four of the medals are crab and wild boar hallmarked, one with the bee, and another whose hallmark remains to be identified. The rosary is complete, symmetrical, and in good condition. A superb collector's or devotional piece.
