Superb vintage brooch from the Art Deco era (circa 1930) in solid silver. It features a beautiful filigree and chiseling work typical of the period.

The center is adorned with an oval black onyx set in a close setting on a golden rim (probably gold-plated or vermeil for contrast), surrounded by multiple sparkling marcasites that add a subtle brilliance. Stones: Deep black central onyx and marcasite paving (all present). Style: Art Deco / Edwardian. Clasp: Pin with a functional safety catch.

Condition: Excellent condition for an antique piece. Natural patina of the silver (can be cleaned for more shine according to taste).
