New fixed price concept for our items: Every 30 days, a 10% reduction from the original price will be applied to certain items. To know which items are affected, simply refer to the last characters of the title of the listings corresponding to the start date of the 30 days.

We calculate groupings as accurately as possible, and groupings of fragile/bulky/heavy items are often impossible. Please take this into account when requesting grouping. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the requests seem unfeasible, and we cannot reach an agreement on this matter. From the day the first invoice is sent, you have a maximum of 20 days to settle.

After this period, we can no longer intervene to modify invoices (removal, addition of items, modification of fees) and we will send you a reminder message. Without a response from you, we reserve the right to relist your unpaid items. We have a PRO CONTRACT with MONDIAL RELAY for the pickup of our parcels on Tuesdays and Fridays. We purchase our boxes and padding from a professional supplier. This raw material is taken into account in our pricing structure.

The item will be carefully protected to ensure satisfaction upon opening the package. Please contact us via message if you encounter billing issues abroad of your choice. Thank you, at the completion of your purchase, to THOROUGHLY CHECK the DESTINATION RELAY POINT (for shipments via MONDIAL RELAY) and your personal information (phone number, names, and addresses). Shipping is defaulted to MONDIAL RELAY (pickups take place on Tuesdays and Fridays, excluding public holidays).

You will indicate a relay point of your choice via message. We are available from MONDAY to FRIDAY, from 8 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2 PM to 6 PM (we are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you send us a message between Friday evening and Monday morning, your message/request will be processed on Monday in order of receipt.
