Initial price at 390 euros. New fixed price concept for our items: Every 30 days, a 10% reduction from the original price will be applied to certain items. To know which items are affected, simply refer to the last characters of the title of the listings corresponding to the start date of the 30 days. (for example: "19/12") To simplify: "19/12" --> "18/01" = 0%, "19/01" = -10%, "19/02" = -20%, etc. Promotions will be applied automatically on the next business day following the anniversary date (in our example with a starting price on 19/12, if 19/01 falls on a Sunday, the price change will be made on Monday 20/01).

Promotions do not apply to auctions, which always remain at the same starting price. We are available via messaging to provide more details about our promotions. (Upon simple request, via message at the end of your purchases before any payment, OR through the "request total amount" tab) - Once all your purchases are completed and before payment, just send us a message requesting the consolidation. This is done within reasonable limits, and we handle the distribution of items ourselves.

We reserve the right to refuse a consolidation if we believe it may damage the items during transport. Once an item is paid for, we can no longer consolidate it. Please wait for the new invoice with adjusted fees to complete your payment.

We calculate consolidations as accurately as possible, and consolidating fragile/bulky/heavy items is often impossible. Thank you for considering this when requesting consolidation. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the requests seem unfeasible and we cannot reach an agreement on this matter. From the day the first invoice is sent, you have a maximum of 20 days to settle. After this period, we can no longer intervene to modify invoices (removal, addition of items, modification of fees) and we will send you a reminder message. If we do not receive a response from you, we reserve the right to relist your unpaid items. We have a PRO CONTRACT with MONDIAL RELAY with collection by carrier of our parcels on Tuesdays and Fridays. We purchase our boxes and packing materials from a professional supplier. This raw material is accounted for in our pricing structure. The item will be carefully protected to ensure satisfaction upon opening the package.

Please contact us via message if you encounter any invoice issues abroad. Thank you, when finalizing your purchase, to CHECK the DESTINATION RELAY POINT (for shipments via MONDIAL RELAY) and your personal information (phone, names, and addresses). Shipping is defaulted to MONDIAL RELAY (pick-ups occur on Tuesdays and Fridays, excluding public holidays).

You will indicate a relay point of your preference via message. We are available from MONDAY to FRIDAY, from 8 am to 12:30 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm (we are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you send us a message between Friday evening and Monday morning, your message/request will be processed on Monday in the order received.
