Beautiful antique religious pendant in an oval shape. The center features a painted enamel plaque rendered with great attention to detail, depicting the Virgin Mary holding the Infant Jesus. The frame is richly decorated with floral motifs and scrollwork.

Material: solid silver (tested, with the original antique patina preserved). Technique: painted enamel (Limoges or similar style).

Subject: Christian iconography, Madonna of the Grapes. Condition: In good overall condition for its age.

Light signs of wear from use on the silver and on the back; the enamel is well preserved with beautiful vivid colors (see photos for details).
