There is no guaranteed delivery time for Mondial Relay. If you have not received your parcel within 10 business days (shipment in France), a parcel inquiry will be requested from the carrier, who will have 30 business days to locate the parcel; otherwise, your order will be refunded.

The carrier may change the Mondial Relay pickup point if the one you selected is unavailable. This change is not considered a delivery failure, and the buyer will be required to collect the parcel from the pickup point chosen by the carrier.

If you do not collect your parcel, it will be returned to us and you will need to pay for a new shipment, as non-receipt does not entitle you to a refund of your purchase.

For shipments within France, delivery time is 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

HAND DELIVERY means that you come to my location to collect the item you have just purchased.
