SUPERB antique PAIR OF SALT CELLARS in SOLID SILVER ART NOUVEAU CHARLES MURAT. Very nice antique pair of salt cellars with their small salt spoon, by the Master Silversmith Charles MURAT. Sublime Art Nouveau decoration of holly in relief on the mounts and on the handle of the spoon.

With their 2 original small glass containers. Hallmarks on the 2 salt cellars and the spoon. Head of Minerva 1st title. A blackberry with two leaves: Master Silversmith CHARLES MURAT (from 1897).

Bigorne (on the salt cellars only). Total height (with glass): approximately 3.8 cm. Height of the mount (without glass): approximately 2.9 cm. Dimensions of the mounts: approximately 6.1 x 4.5 cm.

Length of the spoon: approximately 7.4 cm. Weight of mounts + spoon: approximately 39.73 g. IN GOOD CONDITION, beautiful shine, small signs of normal use, to note a crack on the side of the 2 mounts (see photos N°4, 12, and 13).
